Agreement

By installing, activating, purchasing or using TezFetch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

Software license

A TezFetch license is limited, non-exclusive and subject to the purchased plan and device limit. A Lifetime plan means the lifetime of the licensed TezFetch product, subject to supported Windows versions and these terms; it does not guarantee permanent compatibility with every third-party website.

Lawful use

You may download only files or media that you own, that are provided for download, or that you are otherwise authorized to save. You are responsible for copyright, contractual and website restrictions.

DRM and access controls

TezFetch is not intended to bypass DRM, encryption, paywalls, authentication controls or other technological access protections.

Third-party services

TezFetch is not affiliated with third-party social/video platforms. Their delivery methods may change without notice, so site compatibility is provided on a best-effort basis.

Licenses and updates

Keys and account credentials must be kept private. Fraud, unauthorized sharing, refunds or chargebacks may cause suspension or revocation. Critical security updates may be required for online or Pro functionality.
