Before purchasing

Use the Free edition to verify your normal workflow before purchasing Pro. Third-party website compatibility can change and should not be the sole basis for a lifetime purchase.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility follows the checkout provider terms and applicable consumer law. Approved full refunds revoke licenses issued by the refunded order.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may leave the software entitlement active depending on the circumstances and payment-provider event.

Chargebacks

A payment chargeback may suspend or revoke the associated license while the dispute is resolved.
